We took a day trip to Segovia, and right for the order confirmation the communication was easy. Periodical through the trip, they checked in. This was a lovely experience.

Our provider Luiz, has been extremely helpful and kind, going beyond just the simple delivery by providing us really good tips and advices on the city. The stroller was in really good condition and it was perfect for the needs of a couple who like to walk a lot around the city.

The stroller we rented from Luiz was in great condition and suited our needs to get around perfectly. Luiz was extremely responsive and communicative regarding drop off and pickup of the stroller. In addition, he gave us many recommendations for activities with a baby around Madrid. He seems like a very genuine and caring person and I would definitely rent gear from him again!
