Jasmine was wonderful. I had a hard time getting connected through babonbo. But on the morning of our arrival I asked how quickly I could get the stroller and she raced right over! The stroller was a life (and back) saver to get through all we had planned in a few days. And it was in perfect condition and easy to use. She was even accommodation when we left and was able to pick up the stroller from our hotel when we had to catch our train.

Everything it was so perfect! Even with our short notice they responded very quick and we had everything on time! Recommending 100%

My experience with Heathrow BabyGeat was really good. Firstly, their place is located very close to the airport and it is very convenient to self collect the items from their place.
