After Norweigan Air lost our baby’s travel cot we contacted BB Stockholm and within about three hours we had a beautiful, spotless travel cot with clean sheets delivered to our Airbnb. They contacted us with an exact delivery time and were extremely quick with their communication, and so so friendly. Delivery and pickup were very convenient (we were staying in a very busy part of the city) and well timed. We appreciated this service in Stockholm and would do it again next time we’re here. Super! Vi beställde en säng till bebisen sent på kvällen, eftersom den hyrda lägenheten glömde att förse oss med en säng. Eftersom barnet bara är ett år gammalt behövde vi akut en säng i det ögonblicket. Vi fick ett snabbt svar i chatten, betalade och sängen levererades direkt till oss, inom ungefär en timme. De monterade ihop sängen åt oss på plats, förklarade allt och visade oss. Sängen innehöll en barnmadrass, ett vattentätt lakan, en filt, en filt - i allmänhet en komplett uppsättning. Sängen är modern, ny, i utmärkt skick. Kommunikationen är mycket vänlig! Det är synd att vår engelska och svenska nivå inte tillät oss att tacka ägarna till spjälsängen. Vår bebis blev jätteglad!
5 star service! BB was wonderful. We left our buggy at home and were halfway to the airport before I realized it. BB was able to accept our same day booking for a 3-day rental. Pick up and coordination for return was super easy, excellent communication throughout and the buggy itself was in amazing shape. Would definitely use again!

Our experience was perfect. Our airline lost all of our luggage and stroller. We were so defeated when we got to our destination in Stockholm, but babonbo made things simple, quick and easy. We did everything online to rent a stroller and they brought it right to our hotel and even picked it up when we were done with using it. They even went the extra mile to give us some recommendations on things to do with children in Stockholm. They made the travel nightmare we were living so much better and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us to enjoy our time there.

Bea was very helpful, polite and always replied quickly to our questions. The stroller was in a great condition, lightweight and completely foldable. It was a real life saver for our trip in Stockholm with a toddler. We first booked the stroller for 2 days but we ended up extending our order for 3 more days. I recommend this provider as well as the stroller as our experience was excellent!!
So impressed and so happy with our rental. Stockholm has lots of difficult streets, but dragging the large Fox was out of the question. Renting it was so easy, so stress free, and we took it all over the city with us on the cobblestone streets. I even asked for the add on seat for 2nd child, and she dropped off the rain gear when she saw the weather. Drop off and pick up was so easy. Would 100% use them again for our next travel.
