Great communication and flexibility to deliver under a short notice request. The pickup was a bit tricky as I had to leave earlier but we managed to solve it with the help of the Airbnb cleaner. :)

Very handy while getting around with our toddler. He found it very comfy and slept in it many times. The basket underneath was good. The wheels were a little stiff but it didn't make much difference. It was dropped off and picked up easily at our hotel by messages with the provider.
