We forgot to bring our stroller for our toddler so this rental was a life-saver. Communication quick, stroller delivered to and picked up from our hotel, and stroller itself was in great condition and very clean. Cost is quite reasonable and actually easier than bringing our own stroller with us from abroad. Would use this service again and highly recommend!
BEWARE. Maiko's supplies arrived rather worn, old and outdated. We didn't think much of it as we respect that this is mostly a used equipment rental site. Despite us taking exceptional care of their used equipment, they later filed a claim with babonbo trying to accuse us of causing pre-existing damage (stains, tears, rips). We asked them to provide proof and they refused. Their claim was unfounded and we suspect they prey on new subscribers to upgrade their equipment. As we said, BEWARE. There are other great options in Amsterdam to rent from.
We ordered for pickup very last minute, and Maiko was more than accommodating! Communication was great. Overall very smooth transaction. It saved us from needing to haul a car seat across many flights which was amazing!
