It was all great. After the rental request, they asked us the time we would land to make the delivery with all the components we would need and explained the operation. The day of the return, they were very punctual, so we had no problems at the airport with boarding times. At all times the responses by chat have been quick. It was a success to rent the cart for our holidays.
We had a really good experience with Doona Car seat and stroller. The owner was really flexible in picking up times and very quick to answer all our questions. It is a Doona max and the size surprised us positively. Our baby has 10Kg and fitted perfectly. Very iteresting to have 2 in 1 and it looks very safe.
