The booking and communication before pick-up was good and easy. Very glad we found a way to be able to have the car seat that is safe during our holidays and that Babondo offers that option. The pick-up itself was not so pleasant as nobody spoke English and didn’t know how the seat worked and didn’t really care as they are a car rental place. We looked up a manual on the internet to find out how it turned. Also, the seat unfortunately had not been cleaned for our rent, as it was full of food crumbs everywhere. So service and delivery was a bit disappointing.
Very helpful and uncomplicated service
Very good chair for the baby while in Tuscany. The baby slept well and also was safe in the car.
