Lion&Panda completely saved our trip to Rome. The airline left our stroller in a previous city, so we would have had no way to get around with our two kids. We put in the order late at night for a morning delivery, but they were able to bring it the same day to our hotel! They communicated really well and they helped us so much.

Everything went smoothly, they delivered the stroller one day earlier at night which helped us to get going in the morning on the next day. Although I did not get the same stroller that was advertised, they gave me a similar model which for me was as good as it could be. I can only recommend them.

This was my second experience using Babonbo in Italy and it was great! The renter was very responsive to all questions and made the drop off and pickup incredibly easy. The stroller was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely use them again on a trip to Rome!

Nous avons eu besoin de la rendre plus tôt car nous devions visiter le Colisée et ils ont été très arrangeants en nous permettant de la rendre dans un magasin de stockage de bagages a côté du Colisée. Overall, we are pleased with our experience. However, the stroller was older than the picture seemed to communicate, so we were a bit disappointed with the quality. The stroller was very flimsy and difficult for our 1 year old to sit in. Despite its age, it definitely did the job. They were prompt with delivery and very flexible with choosing a drop off time, which was helpful. It was easy to contact them on WhatsApp. We are very thankful for this service! It made a big difference for our trip in Rome.
It was a first for us to rent a stroller. We hesitated to take ours and did well to choose one of Valerio's strollers: 1) We wanted to have the stroller in the afternoon because we would be there but it didn't matter Valerio dropped it off at the hotel reception in the middle of the afternoon. 2) We chose the runner stroller model with 3 big wheels which allowed us to very easily visit Rome with its cobblestones but also part of the Roman Forum/Palatine Hill (be careful some accesses are with stairs). 3) We were afraid of finding a HS or dirty stroller but nothing to say there either!.. 4) Finally no communication problem, we always had a response within the hour!.. Thanks again and don't hesitate if you are young parents!
Absolutely Amazing service! We actually rented this stroller in lieu of a walker for my mom and it worked great. Easy to fold, compact and light. The staff did door to door drop off and had fantastic communication. Would highly recommend!

Renting strollers throught Lion&Panda saved our trip! We visited Rome for 1 day at the beginning of our trip and did not have a stroller (4 kids under the age of 6) and lets just say there was a lot of complaining... on the way back I recalled at the last minute that babonbo existed and Lion&Panda were SO quick to respond to my questions about which strollers would work best for us, they were so kind, quick and easy to work with. They brought an extra stroller to try out in case we wanted to swap what we had ordered (as we were going back and forth on the 6 year old being able to ride/fit) All around incredible service and experience and made our last day in Rome soooo much more enjoyable. If you're considering renting the Twin Thule Urban glide it rolls sooooo easily on the Rome streets and is a bit wide but worth it for how easy it glides (this is our personal stroller at home so we knew we loved it) and the Caboose Ultralight twin was great for how compact the size was but I do think a jogging stroller 3 large wheel style is easier for outdoors especially when we went to places like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and even down sidewalks that were a bit bumpy. The four small wheels on the Caboose were tricky. Highly recommend using Lion&Panda!

Seriously the most amazing service for parents traveling in a big, busy city. They were so friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Service and communication was excellent. I even made a mistake in my order but was able to have the pick up changed without a problem. I would highly recommend. The stroller we had was actually the cybex and it was incredible and managed the bumpy Roman roads like a champion.

Lion&Panda saved our Rome trip- hands down! We managed to leave the FCO airport without our stroller- and we have a 5 and 3 year old! I frantically found them online and messaged them for help. Claudio responded immediately and had a double stroller to us within hours! He was so accommodating and messaged frequently to check on us. The stroller was exceptional and in perfect condition. He made the drop off so easy as we just checked it at the train station! Thank you a million times!

This Hauck all terrain stroller was a real life saver during our stay in Rome. My kid was always nice and comfortable while we walked around to know the city. Sara and Claudio were super available and very flexible. Five stars experience.

I highly recommend Lion&Panda. Renting a Cybex stroller made our trip around Rome incredibly pleasant and easy. I read a lot about how difficult it is to visit Rome with a stroller due to the streets and a lot of stairs - really, with this stroller, none of this was an obstacle. Delivery, pickup and communication with L&P was efficient and systematic, so if you are interested, do it right away!

Very pleased we booked this pram for our stay in Rome. Lion & Panda delivered the pram before we arrived and collected it upon our departure which was a great help. The pram was lightweight, easy to use and very clean. Our 3 month old baby was very happy in it and it gave us a nice break from using the carrier. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you so much!!

The provider was really helpful and the delivery and pick up were perfectly organized. The stroller is however in poor condition (or poor initial quality), it hardly turns and it is very exhausting to navigate with it.
