My experience with Heathrow BabyGeat was really good. Firstly, their place is located very close to the airport and it is very convenient to self collect the items from their place. Secondly, the conditions of the baby car seats are really good. Lastly, they response to your queries and messages really quickly. Highly recommended to rent items from them 👍🏼

Incredibly helpful and very generous customer service! They had exactly the item that we needed (in great condition - our 2YO was able to sleep very well in the stroller), and we were able to book it right before we landed at Heathrow. Even when I mixed up my travel dates/timings, they were very helpful in adjusting the reservation to accommodate our very last minute requests. For anyone traveling to/from Heathrow by car, the location is also super convenient as the detour takes hardly any additional time.

We had a great experience! We had a last minute booking and were able to have the car seats delivered within a couple of hours to our hotel lobby. The car seats were clean and in very good condition. They were great about picking up the items from our hotel reception as well. Very easy/prompt communication. We will definitely use this service next time we travel to London!

Outstanding and Warm-hearted Service! We rented a stroller and received truly exceptional full-service! The couple was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating—definitely a 10/10 experience. When we realized upon arriving in London that we also needed a baby car seat, they swiftly delivered it to our hotel the very next day. Their driver even kindly picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel, treating it as a completely natural courtesy. Despite having different pick-up locations for the stroller and car seat, they handled everything seamlessly. Two days before my trip from US to UK I realized our travel car seat was not compatible in London! I am so happy and fortunate to have stumbled upon this company. We were so impressed that the minute we got our bags and went to the area to grab an uber someone was right there waiting with the car seat. I had some questions about install and the response to help was speedy! When we got to airport for return flight I got out of my uber and they were right there to collect the car seat! Just incredible! Great price too! Thank you so much!

Took us a while to find the providers house as she hadn't given us a door number, although it was nice and close to the airport for us. Even though I hadn't given the provider any notice that I was on my way, I did think they'd be expecting me due to my booking, so the buggy did look like it'd had a hasty wipe down before she'd brought it out to me, with the dirty wet wipe thrown in the basket underneath. If I'm incorrect about this, I apologise. But over all we were happy with our rental and it served us well for our short holiday.

We had a great experience with Heathrow BabyGear! We reserved a car seat somewhat last minute and they were incredibly responsive and made it easy to pick up and drop off the car seat. The car seat appeared to be in good condition and was spotless. I would absolutely rent baby gear from them again.
My family and I travelled to the UK for the first time and realized right before our trip that we didn’t account for how we would travel around safely with our four year old. I then came across babonbo and after a short search came across Heathrow BabyGear. It was the perfect fit for us. They had the car seat we needed and were willing to make delivery to us so easy. Heathrow Babygear met with us at our car rental location and the drop off was quick and smooth. Communication from start to finish was quick and helpful and the car seat itself was in amazing shape. After 10 days of use we were met again at our car rental location for drop off and again the communication and return were made so easy and seamless for us. I cannot recommend enough and we look forward to using Heathrow BabyGear in the future!
Will definitely recommend renting from this provider. The carseats were very clean. She was an excellent vendor to rent from- she suggested better carseat options after knowing my children’s age, communicated and arranged with the pre-booked taxi driver so that the car seats were already installed before they picked us up from the airport. She was very responsive to all my queries and worked around my requests. A very reliable provider.
