Aga was incredible! She went above and beyond to help us when the airline lost our stroller after we landed in Lisbon. The stroller she provided was spotless and in perfect condition, and the entire rental process was seamless. Aga handled pickup and drop-off effortlessly, making everything so easy for us. We had a wonderful experience using Aga’s baby gear rental. The collection and drop off was incredibly easy and Aga and Jad were lovely. All the equipment was super clean and looked almost brand new. Aga was wonderful! She was able to get us a bed guard we needed on bo notice, was very easy to schedule delivery with, was extremely easy to communicate with, and even helped us to find a store that carried nursing supplies we needed in Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Aga was amazing from start to finish. This was my first time visiting Lisbon, and also using Babonbo. Her communication was excellent, and she even included recommendations for things to do in the city with our children, and advice. The stroller was clean, and well maintained and a must when navigating the many hills of Lisbon. She was accommodating with drop off and pick up which we appreciated, as we felt we could maintain our plans while also being considerate of her schedule. This was such a great experience and we would highly recommend Aga!

Very good experience renting this crib! It folded up so that it could get through a doorway easily. The mattress is much more comfortable than a travel cot/pack and play. Our baby slept so well. Delivery and pickup were easy - Aga followed our flight and when it arrived early, she immediately delivered the crib. She is able to do the crib setup for you too! Highly recommend.

Aga was super easy to work with and showed us how the stroller and board worked. Both were in perfect condition and easy to use. Some streets in Lisbon and Porto were difficult to navigate with a stroller so maybe talk to Aga about your plans to see if her baby carrier makes more sense. Thanks Aga!
