I was unfamiliar with the area so pick-up/ drop off was confusing. I would have preferred a heads-up that I was meeting someone other than Kristal. But everything went smoothly, they helped us figure out the location, and even installed the car seats for us. Products were in excellent condition.

Kristal was wonderful, the cot was in great condition and smelled like lemon verbena. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this provider! He made every effort to deliver my rentals, even going so far as to change our pickup location and time because we had significant delays from our flight to our rental car pickup - suffice it to say he was a kind and thoughtful person and took care to make sure we had everything, and he took the time to show us how each piece of equipment worked, and was extremely quick to respond to each of my questions. He even included the rain covers for each stroller, and for those of you who are not familiar with Europe, it rains a lot more frequently than I expected, and the rain covers were extremely useful. I highly recommend this person!

Kristal is very friendly! She specifically waited for my arrival to teach me how to open/close the stroller. It helps a lot!!

All was great. However, the booking platform does is not accurate with the pricing: returning before 24h of rent should not be charged as 2days but 1. A partial refund would be greatly appreciated.
