I was very pleased with the stroller I rented during my stay in Istanbul. We were lucky enough to get a brand-new one that came with a rain cover. The stroller was delivered when we arrived and picked up after we left; everything worked perfectly.

An absolute hero! The cot at our hotel turned out to be way too small- I ordered late on the evening in a panic and had this delivered the same evening! Excellent quality, cot looked brand new. Great communication, would highly recommend. Thank you again!!

Amazing service

AMAZING You couldn’t have done anything more to make this a better expensive. You made our holiday 1000 times better, our airline staff lost our pushchair and if it wasn’t for you our holiday would have been difficult with a one year old.

Catherine B.

Great service- the pram was at my hotel when I arrived and I left it at the hotel fofr Eser to pick up. A clean, quality and easy to push pram, as described, perfect for navigating the streets of Istanbul.

Anthony C.

Outmr contact was really nice and flexible about the hour/place of drop/pick-up. Tje stroller & car seat were perfect and really helped us during our stay.

Thanusha V.

Wonderful service ! Pram are in very good condition, delivered to our hotel cleaned and packed. Eser is very reactive. Our trip to Istanbul has been much easier thanks to the bugaboo caméléon pram! Our baby made her longest naps in it :). Thank you very much Eser. 100% recommended!

Kerstin S.

Perfect service, clean strollers, easy communication. I would book it again and again.

Ugur I.

We had a wonderful experience with the stroller rental in Istanbul. The stroller was delivered to us and picked up again exactly as agreed. We received a very good stroller that was clean and in almost brand-new condition. Everything went smoothly, and we are very satisfied. We will definitely use this service again when we return to Istanbul and can highly recommend it to others!!!

Tervel K.

Fatemeh A.

Everything was great.

We had an amazing experience with Eser Puset! Delivery and pickup were seamless — I wasn’t even present, but he kindly showed my husband how to use the stroller. It was clean and in new condition, which I really appreciated as someone who’s quite selective. Our son loved it, and it saved my husband’s back from having to carry him around. Eser was incredibly accommodating, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Truly made our trip so much easier — my only regret is not renting sooner. Highly recommend!

Sumaiya .

Mosa A.

We needed a stroller fast as our stroller got messed up on our way to Istanbul. Eser provided fast and at a good price as well. The stroller met our needs and we were satisfied with the service.

Tayyaba Z.

After the airport broke my stroller for my 4 month old I was desperate for a pram during my stay. At 1am in the morning Eder confirmed he would deliver the stroller to my hotel first thing in the morning. I cannot thank him enough for saving our first holiday as a family. In the future I won’t even bother bringing my own and will use him again! The pram was in pristine condition and I didn’t have to worry about the time he needed to collect, I left it with the hotel! Yet again I can’t thank him enough. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Alexey .

Soukaina C.

Monica C.

Anuar A.

I was satisfied with everything

Aleksandr P.

Great service, thanks for helping with the stroller and delivery to the hotel. Прекрасный сервис, можно смело пользоваться, нас очень выручило в Стамбуле.

Olena K.

Very grateful to Eser for the quick response to my order. I was unable to order the stroller earlier before the trip and placed the order at the last minute, but Eser kindly accepted my order. The service is excellent. The stroller for the child was very clean. The stroller was personally delivered to us in the morning to the hotel, and also collected from the hotel. I consider this service 100%. Thank you, Eser!

Anna G.

Great service! The stroller was perfectly clean and very easy to use. Easy communication in delivery and pick up. A complimentary lock was provided.

My experience with Eser Puset has been wonderful. The baby stroller rental service is perfect, offering high-quality strollers that ensure both safety and comfort for my little one. Renting a stroller was easy and hassle-free, allowing me to enjoy outings without worrying about bringing my own. Whether it was for a short trip or a longer excursion, Eser Puset made my time out with my baby smooth and enjoyable. The company's attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out, making it the ideal choice for stroller rentals.

Sahhar A.

We did not expect to rent a stroller for our trip. Unfortunately, our own stroller had arrived at the airport broken. Luckily we were able to rent it and it went pretty fast! I will rent again in the future.

Anze G.

The service was perfect. We received a new Yoyo stroller delivered in 12h directly to our hotel. Eser was kind and responsive. They saved our lives as the airport service destroyed our stroller. I highly recommend it.

Sara S.

Eser was very responsive, and the stroller was in excellent condition. Thank you for the great service !
