She was very quick with communication. She cared deeply about our baby’s safety and offered us tips and advice to ensure we use the product correctly. Delivery was a breeze. We were very happy with our first time experience with Babonbo.

Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but thanks to the stroller rental, we had a very satisfying trip to Hong Kong. My baby is 28 months old and weighs around 13kg. She is very curious and usually dislikes low strollers, but this one was at a comfortable height and seemed so cozy that she even took naps in it! Although the Joolz stroller is a bit heavy, it was very easy to fold and unfold. The wheels rolled smoothly, making it effortless to explore Hong Kong — from the city streets and shopping malls (Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay) to Victoria Peak. Little Ginger’s service was excellent — their replies were very quick, they delivered the stroller accurately to my hotel, and even shared a video guide on how to use it. The stroller itself was in near-new condition and very clean.
