I rented a yo-yo and I had a joie, no one informed me that there was a change of product. And it’s not the same product at all. I didn’t have an option but take it for our stay since it was late as to find something better. I don’t recommend this provider
Bambin Parisian was incredible to deal with. When our airline lost our stroller they were able to deliver their rental stroller within an hour of request. It changed our entire holiday for the better. When we encountered delays and had to extend the rental they were very flexible and responded quickly. The stroller was in good condition and handled the bumpy streets of Paris perfectly.
