Friendly interaction and prompt delivery. No complaints at all!

Our rental car company gave us a car seat that was not sufficient, so we needed a last minute replacement. Yemina was quick to respond and we were able to pick up the car seat from her residence within an hour of booking. She was very helpful and the car seat was exactly what we needed.

Great service on time actually she delivered it to us 2 hours earlier that shows the commitment and professionalism.

Quick and right responses from Yemina. I was able to rent with peace of mind.

Stay away from renting with this company. They are not flexible whatsoever - my flight was delayed and I got stuck in traffic and they refused to adjust my delivery window and required I come to get the crib on my own expense and time although I had paid for the reservation in advance. Kindly asked for even a 50% refund which they rejected, so I am hoping to issue a warning to any travelers to the Florence area to stay away from this.

Yemina was ultra-communicative and incredibly flexible. Everything went very smoothly and I am extremely happy with her service. Thank you Yemina!

Yemina was very helpfull and made it work even though our order was very last minute. We needed a car seat to travel to the airport to catch a morning flight and she even met us there very early in the morning for the drop off. We 100% recommend her.

Si confermano i migliori su Firenze.

Persone molto disponibili e gentili. Infatti ho già richiesto un nuovo noleggio sperando siano sempre disponibili. Sicuramente rimarranno le mie persone di riferimento sull'area di Firenze ogni volta che dovrò noleggiare qualcosa per il mio toddler.

Yemina was great!! Everything was as described and she was patient with us being late picking up at the airport. She sent me instructions on how to install the car seats. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks, Yemina.

Babonbo Firenze Yemina was so easy to work with and went the extra mile (literally), to deliver outside of her normal drop off zone. The extra help was grately appreciated and everything about the equipment we ordered was perfect! It was exactly what we needed and in fantastic condition! Thank you so much!

Paola A.

Nice lady, very kind! Pick up was easy, delivery (i had my phone dead) not so much, but we managed. Crib was clean, she also gave me a little baby sheet that I've much appreciated. Good accuracy.
