Had a really great experience renting the car seat! The whole process was easy, and the provider was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The car seat was clean and in excellent condition, which gave us confidence while traveling with our little one. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a car seat!

Very easy and straight forward rental experience. Product (baby cot) was exactly as pictured and communication was fast and uncomplicated. The cot was even set up for us - so kind! We would rent from Seoul Stroller again if we ever need equipment again.

Great service! The stroller was delivered to our Airbnb place and it was picked up before we left Seoul. Very convenient, good choice of strollers, and a pleasant service provider.

Rented a baby bed from Seoul Stroller. Great service with fast response and flexibility on delivery and pick up. Bed was in good condition and was a life safer for our little one to be able to sleep at our stay without us taking a baby bed on our trip. Would recommend anyone going to Seoul to rent baby gear from Seoul Stroller

The Lee's stroller was in excellent conditions and clean. Additionally he even included some Korean snacks for our baby. Last but not least, Lee was flexible with the pick up and return times. We will book again one stroller with Lee in our next trip to Seoul.

We had a great experience with the stroller rental. Both the pickup and return went smoothly and without any issues. The stroller itself was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use. It was especially helpful that it came with a rain cover – we really appreciated that! Also, the hook for hanging a backpack was a small but very useful detail. Overall, it made our trip much easier. Highly recommended!

Lee was super helpful in getting us the exact stroller we needed in a time crunch! Our airline lost our original stroller and Lee got us one and was incredibly understanding and accommodating to our circumstance. Super professional, very helpful, would definitely rent from again! Thank you!

This provider not only helping me about the rent baby chair , but also advise about taking care & hospitalization of my son sickness as well. Very recommended & responsive. Even I have 'emergency' back to my country, he still asking about my son condition. Thanks a lot & very appreciated

Traveling to Seoul with a baby can be challenging, but Lee made it significantly easier! We rented the stroller for our trip very last minute and were incredibly impressed with his service. The best part was the seamless delivery and collection directly to our hotel. Upon arrival at our hotel, the stroller was waiting for us, clean and in perfect condition. It saved us the hassle of lugging our own stroller through the airport and navigating public transportation. The stroller itself was clean and comfortable and Lee provided us a warmer bag as the weather turns cold. It was perfect for exploring Seoul's bustling streets and parks. Upon our departure, we simply left the stroller with the hotel concierge, and Lee collected it without any issues. This convenience was invaluable and allowed us to maximize our time enjoying our vacation. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone needing a stroller rental in Seoul! We would definitely use them again!

Their warmth and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this top-notch service to anyone needing a quality stroller rental. Five stars!
