Honestly, the stroller was in very bad shape. We have a 15kg 4 year old, so well within the strollers limit. The hard board in top section of the back appears to have been broken, removed, and stitched shut so my daughter couldn't rest her head back. The closing mechanism was finicky at best, damaged at worst...took several attempts to close each time I tried to carry up or down stairs at Uffizi (I have had several stroller and know how to operate them). The wheels and or turning front wheels mechanism were so worn that it was very difficult to turn and navigate on the smooth floors of Uffizi. All in all, using the stroller made Uffizi less enjoyable when it was rented and brought with to Uffizi to do the exact opposite. This may have been a one off bad rental, but it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be using the service again.

Protection handle was not there, it was dirty and hard to close and open.
The cargo bike was great! It was in good condition and battery was fully charged. Carmine was friendly and helpful at the pickup and drop-off and we got an extra lock from him just to be sure. Don’t expect a brand new bike, but battery, brakes and gears were great and that’s what matters.
Overall a good and helpful service. Will choose them again.
Merci Babonbo! En voyage à Florence pendant 4 jours avec notre fils de 3 ans, nous avions oublié la poussette "erreur" heureusement Babonbo existe. Nous avons pris une location de deux jours et cela à sauvé notre séjour. Rapide, bonne communication, facilité de récupération etc.. le top. Je conseil juste de prendre le plus gros modèle de poussette qui est au même tarif car la 22kg était juste en taille pour notre fils de 3 ans. Je recommande++

We were very pleased with the crib and delivery service provided by Babonbo. The crib was in perfect condition and looked exactly like the photo. Your site is easy to navigate and scheduling with the provider was very convenient. The courier delivered and picked up at our requested time and called us when he was on his way. I would recommend Babonbo to family and friends are who traveling and need baby equipment during their stay. Many thanks for your helpful service!
The crib was good, and delivery was on time. However, we talked about a pick up time beforehand, and it was confirmed that they would pick up the crib (at our airbnb) at 9am, but they didn't pick it up for 4 hours. We needed to check out of our airbnb at 10am, and had to sit around waiting for 4 hours for them to come get the crib, since we couldn't leave it on the street.
Great quality portable crib. Delivery and pickup was good. Communication wasn’t quick, but everything worked out well in the end :)
