Extremely polite, hospitable, and understanding! It was a seamless transaction. My husband and I were given proper instructions how to use the stroller which was delivered to us. Only had to leave the stroller at the hotel reception before we had to catch our flight. Stroller was in excellent condition and very clean. Our 2yo toddler loved it! Highly recommended for on-the-go traveling families in Hong Kong!
I rented the Pockit stroller for family visiting over the new year holiday. This is such a lifesaver and it’s so easy to set up whenever their youngest child (3 y/o) gets tired or needs a little nap while we are on the go. The stroller is clean and in great condition, and the provider is very easy to talk with when it came to the pickup/dropoff arrangements. I also appreciate the quick demo on how to set up and fold the stroller. Happy to use this service again!
