Everything was perfect. the stroller, the pick up and drop off store.
Dadas unas circunstancias particulares no pude hacer el viaje para el que necesitaba la silla. Me informaron que no me cobrarían la recogida de la silla, sin embargo si lo hicieron. Fueron amables, pero lamentablemente no se cumplió con lo que me informaron.
everything perfect, we had a little issue with the pick up - due to the traffic in the city, but everything went well.
We did a last-minute booking and the company was so accommodating. We had a different drop off and pick up spot and they were so flexible on the time. 10/10!!! Such a great service

I picked up the stroller by myself and everything went smooth. I was delighted that they agreed for pick up and drop off before their official time of pickup and drop off, which was very helpful for me. Overall I had a very good experience. Our airline lost our stroller and this renting was just the right thing we needed!
We were really glad for the possibility to rent a stroller but communication about pick up and delivery could be better cause the write on the same day as pick up which make it hard to plan

First time using babonbo as we previously hired car seats from the car rental companies but the quality was bad. This car seat was exactly what we expected, clean and did the job for a weeks holiday. They used a third party courier who were also good, great communication. Overall a good experience , would definitely use again

La poussette est conservée dans un garde meuble, il faut donc organiser un rdv pour la récupérer. Les personnes étaient disponibles et arrangeantes, le lieu de rdv à proximité d un arrêt de métro. Poussette nickel en parfait état

We rented the Kinderkraft Stroller from Babonbo for our family trip to Barcelona, and it was a lifesaver! Our little one was comfortable throughout our long walks, and the stroller was in perfect condition. Communication with the provider was easy, and the whole process was seamless.
