Excelent,I picked the trolley in Babonbo mama's home. She was available and she was very responsive, she relied almost inmefiatelly.
We had a wonderful experience with Babonbo Mama!! She was so flexible and super kind in dealing with my multiple requests and changes of plan! The isofix+car seat worked perfectly in an uber too! Couldn’t imagine smoother experience!

Tout s’est très bien passé, soit au moment de la commande que de la livraison du produit et à son retour. Communication très simple avec IB, très gentille et disponible. Ce service est très utile pour dépanner pendant quelque jour en cas de besoin d’un équipement spécifique pour bébé ou enfants. A’ conseiller sans hésitations.

The stroller was perfect, just like in the picture and also additionally we got the rain cover which was great because we got some rain during our visit. Communication with IB was very easy via whatsapp, she delivered the stroller to our hotel just before our arrival. Definetely recommend. Thank you

Booked a stroller last minute (forgot ours and already at the airport!!) IB, couldn't have been more helpful. Dropped to accommodation at agreed time. Sent on links to different parks/things to do with toddlers. Collected again from accommodation at agreed time. Just very pleasant to deal,made out trip way better. For booking very last minute, the transaction was so surprisingly smooth. Both IB and Bobonbo were so accommodating even though I put in the incorrect return date. IB promptly delivered the stroller at the requested time and walked me through how to use it. My toddler loved the stroller and it was very portable everywhere we went. We took the Metro everywhere with it! The stroller was very sturdy yet light. Highly highly recommended! In addition IB sent me so many wonderful recommendations for my toddler I would not have found myself. Overall very pleased and will definitely use again.
Really nice lady to deal with and made our stay in Brussels easy and pleasant. We had issues with our stroller in the airport and if it wasn't for this experience we would have had a very hard time so thank you so so much.
I looked for a stroller and found the best there is available. It was an easy transaction, we both agreed on everything so everything went really smooth. Also great to have raincover that I did not consider initially but was made known to be available. Will definitely share to friends when they need one in brussels. Our tour around the city was made easier 😃
