This was life-saving, we came to London for 9 days, and the first two days were so tough as we had to move around holding our 12 Kg, almost 3-year-old toddler. So I was searching to buy a stroller and then found this rental website and chose a stroller from 🇬🇧 Globetrotter Baby 🇪🇦, it was great, lightweight, and amazing throughout the rest of our trip. Nous étions stressés par le voyage avec 2 enfants dont un bébé, mais cette location de poussette nous a permis d'être soulagé d'un poids non négligeable : pas de bagage en soute, libre de se balader, et avec une livraison et une reprise de la poussette à 2 adresses différentes, à l'heure (malgré l'heure très matinale pour la livraison), sans souci, avec des échanges WhatsApp et un matériel nickel 👌👍 Merci !!! Excellent professional service and good communication skills (always updated and responds fast), respectful of ones time, flexible if able to do so. The Giggle Mix Travel system I rented was in pristine condition, with a small carrier net at the bottom for small, easy to grab items. Travel cot has excellent back support, and great sunshade which you can remove. Comes with raincover as well. Overall top-notch service.

We recently rented a car seat from babonbo for our trip. The rental process was smooth. We were able to pick up the car seat at a convenient location. The car seat was clean. The staff were very helpful in explaining the car seat's features and ensuring it was properly installed in our car.
Communication was excellent, booked very last minute late at night for next day pick up and seat was readily available in the morning and pre set to the age I needed. Very easy seat to use and install and could literally smell how clean it was. Dropping the seat back off was so convenient too since I was able to do it so late in the evening. Thank you so much for such a great first time babonbo experience!!

Very smooth and efficient communication from Globetrotter Baby. The stroller was delivered and picked up from our hotel completely hassle-free. The Globetrotter Baby team were kind enough to accommodate our travel times (late afternoon arrival and departure). The Silver Cross stroller was great and I would definitely hire again. It is relatively lightweight (one person could lift it + 12 kg baby relatively easily), assembly and disassembly was easy and the stroller was light enough to be able to do one handed pushing. All four wheels turned which made manoeuvring it easy. Our little boy (almost 2 years old) has, up until very recently, hated strollers but he was more than happy to sit in the Silver Cross stroller for hours as we pushed him around London. Overall, Globetrotter Baby helped to make our stay in London very enjoyable. A happy toddler makes happy parents 😊 I would recommend them and the Silver Cross stroller to anyone who is planning on visiting London.

It was a pleasant experience working with Daniel on the rental. He was communicative and flexible. I opted for the pick up option but Daniel offered to drop the stroller free of charge a day earlier. Similarly, for checkout, he was flexible and provided me till late night to drop off. On the quality side, The stroller was in perfect condition, clean and works great. We didn't get a chance but he also provided the rain covers. I would highly recommend for your trips.

Ho noleggiato questo passeggino per un weekend a Londra. Tutto perfetto, ottima comunicazione con il proprietario che ha lasciato per noi il passeggino alla reception dell'hotel prima del nostro arrivo. Al momento della partenza anche noi lo abbiamo lasciato alla reception ed è stato molto comodo. L' unico suggerimento è di scrivere sul foglio attaccato al passeggino SEMPRE il nome di chi ha noleggiato e non il nome del modello del passeggino. Infatti, noi abbiamo avuto qualche problema nel farcelo consegnare perchè la receptionist non trovava il mio nome da nessuna parte. Alla fine abbiamo capito che c'era scritto il nome del modello, ma per qualche minuto abbiamo temuto il peggio!
