Do not rent from them!!! I made my reservation around my airplane arrival and train departure times as it was delivery only. When I landed I had several messages from the delivery guy that my phone was off and he wanted to deliver early. He delivered the crib on foot. The nightmare was pick up day as I had it scheduled for 1000 and the delivery guy didn’t message me until 1130 stating that it needed to be pushed back to 1230–1300. I told him I needed to leave and couldn’t wait, he told me that it would be maybe 1530 when he could get to me because of street closures and not being able to drive to me. He had delivered on foot previously. I reached out and the company FINALLY arranged me to drop it off at a locker so I walked it there. When I got there the locker was too small so I had to reach out again. I paid 21euro each time for delivery AND pick up. The company refuses my refund and said that “it was out of their control.” I missed my schedule things that day due to working on this from 1000–1500.

En el hotel había una cuna grande, pero para mi bebé recién nacido necesitaba algo más cómodo y seguro. Alquilar la cuna Next to Me fue lo mejor que pude hacer. La instalamos al lado de la cama y todo funcionó perfecto. Dormimos todos más tranquilos. Gracias
