Really tremendous customer service. They accommodated a last minute request to secure a crib for our baby after the place we rented didn’t have one as promised. They also worked with me on the pickup to ensure I was accommodated with our travel schedule. Would highly recommend them - very dependable and equipment was high quality.

La rueda delantera del carro que nos dejaron no gira bien pero no sé si será por el precio del alquiler, que cogimos lo más barato que había. Sino todo fue bien, hubo algún imprevisto pero nos supieron solucionar las cosas rápido y de buena forma. Por ejemplo no nos trajeron la cosa que cubre el carro y a cambio nos dejaron sin pagar de más el saco para el frío. Aunque el saco estaba un poco sucio. Muchas gracias por todo.

Foi uma experiência incrível. Super prático, pessoal atencioso, mesmo com a dificuldade de comunicação, com meu inglês intermediário, foram sempre muito solícitos e preocupados em ajudar e corresponder com nossa necessidade. Esperienza super positiva, un servizio che per chi viaggia con i bambini e che non vuole portarsi il passeggino in aereo diventa fondamentale. La gestione del noleggio è semplice e si fa tutta via sito internet o App, ho anche chiesto un ulteriore giornata, tramite la chat dell'App che in tempi molto brevi mi ha dato conferma. il passeggino mi è stato consegnato e ritirato in hotel. Servizio comodissimo, Grazie Babonbo, alla prossima!

Deivery and pick up was on time but they didn´t deliver the rain cover. We had to wait another delivery 30 minutes later to get it. They solved the problem quickly. The stroller wasn´t as clean as i would have liked.

Il noleggio è stato super efficiente! Consegna direttamente nella hall dell'albergo, prima del nostro arrivo. Il passeggino purtroppo non rimaneva aperto bene, e dopo la nostra segnalazione hanno provveduto direttamente alla sostituzione sempre in albergo all'ora stabilita! pulizia ottima e modelli davvero belli completi di accessori! assolutamente consigliato!

Rented and delivered it on the same day after realizing we needed a stroller for our three year old. Fast communication and even better they pick it up from you to make it less stressful. Would use again if we visit with our littles in the future

Due to a “ferie jour”, it was cancelled one day of rental, which was not refunded. However, it was explained that the refund will be discounted at credit card, which was not made. Sorry…very expensive to delivery/pick up and drop-off.

We accidentally forgot our pram whilst in Paris for a holiday and I found BABONBO online. We had great customer service from Sandra - the pram was clean and was delivered and picked up exactly when required. Would recommend. Thanks!

Excellent service! when our bags were delayed it was going to ruin our 2 day trip to spend all the time finding things for the baby. Saved our trip!

Very quick and responsive. The bed was not the same color but it was the same model as advertised. It was in good condition but was dusty. I also had to wash the fitted sheet before using it as it didn’t smell fresh. If I was at a location without a washing and drying machine it would have been an issue.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. Sandra was great at accomplishing everything we needed. The drop off and pick up were timed perfectly with our arrival and departure. The equipment was exactly as described and pictured and worked perfectly for our little ones. I will definitely be using this company again!

Ho scoperto questo servizio per caso ed è stato utilissimo!!! Ora sappiamo per certo che possiamo viaggiare “leggeri” sapendo che dall’altra parte del mondo puoi affittare il primo necessario per il tuo bambino. Personale e stato veloce ed esigente nel risolvere un piccolo errore. Consegnato/ritirato in tempo giusto. Consiglio a tutte le famiglie.

Very positive impression on renting a baby stroller in Paris. The stroller was delivered and picked up in my apartment. The team replied very quickly and supported all the process. Some delay with the delivery, but anyway Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We had some tight travel constraints and some last minute changes that the provider was able to accommodate in a friendly and seamless way. This flexibility made our trip with our 15-month-old SO much easier. I can't recommend this provider enough!

Coches impecables y perfectos para pasear por París. Lo único es que es un poco retirado la entrega y retiro. A pesar de eso, hay metro y tren más o menos cerca.
