Wonderful experience with Jacke on Babonbo! Everything went smoothly from the booking to the delivery and return. Communication was clear, and Jacke was very kind and professional. The stroller was in perfect condition, very clean, and super comfortable. We could easily fold it and take it on the metro and other public transport without any problem. Morgan literally saved our lives. We forgot the stroller at home and Morgan provided everything we needed (including instruction manual, rain cover, etc.). It was very easy to organize the delivery with him and it was very pleasant to chat in the meantime. We recommend him 100% and thank him again for the perfect service
