Pessima eperienza. Richiesta la consegna entro le 10 del mattino in hotel, per la quale ho dovuto pagare 11 euro, dopo una lunga chat con il servizio delivery su whatsapp, che mi rimandava di ora in ora, ho dovuto raggiungere il furgone in strada, percorrendo qualche km dall'albergo, circa alle 13. Mi è stato consegnato un passeggino vecchio e sporco, non unto ma sicuramente pieno di briciole e resti di cibo e certamente non sanificato. La cover apparteneva ad un altro modello di passeggino, mi ha dato difficoltà in quanto montava i supporti direttamente nei manubri e spesso si staccava a causa degli incastri non corretti. La cosa meno fastidiosa e stata che il delivery mi ha chiesto la riconsegna il giorno prima della fine del mio noleggio, cosa che comunque abbiamo chiarito subito anche se denota una certa disattenzione. Soldi non spesi bene.

Dadas unas circunstancias particulares no pude hacer el viaje para el que necesitaba la silla. Me informaron que no me cobrarían la recogida de la silla, sin embargo si lo hicieron. Fueron amables, pero lamentablemente no se cumplió con lo que me informaron.

We did a last-minute booking and the company was so accommodating. We had a different drop off and pick up spot and they were so flexible on the time. 10/10!!! Such a great service

Overall it was good. The stroller was dirty. It definitelly was NOT cleaned at all. The rest is acceptable.

I picked up the stroller by myself and everything went smooth. I was delighted that they agreed for pick up and drop off before their official time of pickup and drop off, which was very helpful for me. Overall I had a very good experience. Our airline lost our stroller and this renting was just the right thing we needed!

We were really glad for the possibility to rent a stroller but communication about pick up and delivery could be better cause the write on the same day as pick up which make it hard to plan

First time using babonbo as we previously hired car seats from the car rental companies but the quality was bad. This car seat was exactly what we expected, clean and did the job for a weeks holiday. They used a third party courier who were also good, great communication. Overall a good experience , would definitely use again

Babonbo provided an excellent service. Very communicative from the beginning and made things smooth in terms of cot and bath arriving for bed time, then picked up before our morning flight. Highly recommend their services! The condition of the products was very good.

La poussette est conservée dans un garde meuble, il faut donc organiser un rdv pour la récupérer. Les personnes étaient disponibles et arrangeantes, le lieu de rdv à proximité d un arrêt de métro. Poussette nickel en parfait état

Traveling to Barcelona with our baby was stress-free, thanks to the Car Seat! The seat was clean, safe, and our little one was comfortable throughout our journeys. We rented the Kinderkraft Stroller from Babonbo for our family trip to Barcelona, and it was a lifesaver! Our little one was comfortable throughout our long walks, and the stroller was in perfect condition. Communication with the provider was easy, and the whole process was seamless.
