Yemina was very helpfull and made it work even though our order was very last minute. We needed a car seat to travel to the airport to catch a morning flight and she even met us there very early in the morning for the drop off. We 100% recommend her.

Persone molto disponibili e gentili. Infatti ho già richiesto un nuovo noleggio sperando siano sempre disponibili. Sicuramente rimarranno le mie persone di riferimento sull'area di Firenze ogni volta che dovrò noleggiare qualcosa per il mio toddler.

Nice lady, very kind! Pick up was easy, delivery (i had my phone dead) not so much, but we managed. Crib was clean, she also gave me a little baby sheet that I've much appreciated. Good accuracy.
