Zen in Paris a été très réactive sur les messages et très arrangeante sur la communication entre moi, et la personne qui nous récupérait à l'aéroport avec la voiture. Merci beaucoup pour ce double travail de communication. Le siège est impeccable et a été parfait pour nos trajets, avec ma fille de 4 ans, qui me demande maintenant à changer notre siège auto pour un modèle équivalent...!
