Service très pratique et conforme a la commande. Poussette en bon état et propre. Un petit bémol sur les pneus qui étaient mal gonflés, la poussette tirait à gauche en permanence. La communication et les échanges très bien en amont, mais plus de réponse après notamment pour confirmer le Pickup.

Very useful and super efficient service. I took a resistant stroller for my six year old son during the Christmas holidays and I was very satisfied. The stroller was of excellent quality and complete with accessories. In addition, I had requested the delivery of the stroller to my hotel for New Year's Day but since it was a holiday the delivery was not available. For free the Babonbo staff had the stroller delivered to me two days in advance solving my problem. They deserve a prize for the professionalism and seriousness demonstrated.

I am not very upset about your service. Very bad communication, no exact time for delivery and pickup, so impossible to plan anything.It is not possible to change the reservation duration even when the stroller is still not delivered. And by the end it was not the same Stroller as I booked, but the cheaper version. So cool idea, but too expensive for this kinde of service. Very sorry
