Il m’a contacté le jour J alors que nous étions encore à l’aéroport, afin de confirmer le dépôt de la poussette à la réception de l’hôtel. Ainsi, notre petite fille de 18 mois à tout de suite pu être à l’aise pendant le séjour. La communication a été très fluide et agréable. La poussette était propre et fonctionnelle. The reservation was urgent, and the host was very accommodating. He was very kind in explaining the situation and helpful with picking up and returning the stroller. The only downside was the cleanliness. Honestly, I'm not a picky eater, but there was a lot of dust and debris, perhaps from previous rentals. If it hadn't been an emergency, I probably wouldn't have accepted. If they also cleaned the stroller, it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
