We were met in arrivals to collect the car seat which was so easy. The car seat was as described and clean, came with a manual as well. Communication via WhatsApp was great. Drop off was not as easy as had to walk to the car park kiosk at arrivals (we were at departures) to leave the seat there but once I found the kiosk it was fine. Would highly recommend the service and I’d use again

I highly recommend the gear and service by Tiny Travellers. When we arrived at the airport in Rhodes with our 4 month old, the baby seat in the taxi just wasn’t suitable for him and so I decided I needed to rent a seat for the trip and that’s when I came across Tiny Travellers… they had just what I needed! It was so easy to coordinate with Foteini. My request was super last minute and she was able to accommodate me which I greatly appreciated because I wanted to keep my baby safe. She was always quick to reply and oh so lovely. It was so nice to meet her in person when she dropped off the seat! The seat was exactly what was advertised and safe, clean, and reliable. We had drop off at our hotel and then pick up at the airport and everything was seamless. Foteini was also able to fulfil a request from my cousin when we were there. If you are looking for baby gear, you can rely on Tiny Travellers!

We had a great experience renting a stroller during our trip to Greece. It made getting around much easier, especially on the streets of Athens. The large wheels handled uneven pavements and cobblestone roads really well, making it comfortable for both our baby and us.
The delivery was on time, communication was excellent throughout, and the provider always responded quickly to our questions. The stroller was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and in great condition.

It was such a pleasant experience of this stroller rental. The host is very polite and punctual gentleman, who delivered the stroller to my hotel and took it back from there as well. I had a late flight and he kindly agreed to pick it up as late as possible for us to keep being mobile with a baby for maximum time. The stroller was new, all mechanisms worked perfectly, very easy to manage with one hand. Thanks a lot for high level of service!

Abbiamo noleggiato il passeggino Giordani light stroller sunrise 2.0 per una settimana a Creta e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il passeggino era in ottime condizioni, leggero e pratico da usare, perfetto per gli spostamenti con i bambini.
Il servizio di Crete Baby Gear Rentals è stato davvero eccellente: al nostro arrivo non riuscivamo a trovare il punto d’incontro e, con grande gentilezza, ci hanno raggiunto direttamente al bar dove ci eravamo spostati. Molto disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze.
Al momento della riconsegna in aeroporto eravamo di fretta per il volo, ma sono stati comprensivi e ci hanno fatto lasciare il passeggino velocemente senza complicazioni.
In generale un’esperienza positiva sotto ogni aspetto: sia per la qualità del prodotto che per la cortesia e professionalità del servizio. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons loué une poussette pour notre séjour à Malia en Crête. Tout a été très simple et efficace. Nikos est venu nous l’apporter à notre hôtel comme prévu à l’heure qui nous arrangé il m’a montré rapidement le fonctionnement et la poussette nous a été très utile tout le long du séjour ! Nous pouvions communiquer par Whatsapp s’il y avais un problème mais il n’y en a eu aucun. Pour le retour nous avons dût partir avant qu’il vienne la récupéré mais il nous a fait confiance et nous avons laissé la poussette à la réception de l’hôtel où il est allé la cherché ensuite sans problème ! Je recommande vivement ce système de location et cette compagnie, merci Nikos !

Lydia was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us! The car seat we originally rented from her was very clean but it was an isofix car seat and our rental car ended up being too old to work with the isofix system. Lydia quickly found us a replacement car seat that could be installed with a seat belt and delivered it the next morning. I don’t know what I would have done without her help! She was also extremely responsive and arrived on time.
