Efficient and smooth service. It was so nice not having to lug a stroller bag around the airport and to have it waiting for us at the flat upon our arrival. Our kids definitely needed the breaks from walking all around the city the few days we were visiting. Communication was quick and accommodating, and the stroller was clean and packaged nicely. Would definitely rent again!

We rent the stroller for our trip in London. At first, I was a bit hesitating as it was the first time, but the whole experience was not only easy but great as well! Olga is very friendly, kind and patient! She answered to all my questions, worries and helped us a lot! The stroller was super! Super clean, super strong, in perfect condition and looked practically new! Lightweight, easy to fold, with rain and foot cover which finally were very necessary. Olga and the 5 star stroller "saved" our trip! And that's why I recommend it 1000%! Thank you!

Perfect experience - Great and fast communication throughout the process with Olga, including pickup and drop off. The stroller where delivered to the concierge before we checked in at my hotel and picked up again after I left. The stroller was in great shape and lightweight and easy to take around in London. Olga even made sure I had a rain cover, foot muffs, one umbrella and a protective bag to store the stroller. That's excellent. We highly recommend to rent a stroller with Rent It Smart if You are visiting London. Olga is great!
