Honestly, this service was a blessing and a lifesaver. The airline/ airport left my stroller in the country I flew out of. No accommodations were given to me and I just knew my toddler wouldn’t survive the walks and heat. I googled stroller rentals and Babonbo came up, I was a bit skeptical so I messaged them and they were quick to communicate and ease my concerns. I had the strollers for 2 days, I picked it up when I first got it and then I had to drop it off, I didn’t have the time and asked if they could pick up instead. Again, communication was clear and fast and for a small fee, they picked it up. They truly saved me so much stress! Thank youu
Had an amazing experience with Bambono! We were in a pinch in need of a stroller last minute on a trip to Rome and Bambono was quick to respond and dropped off a stroller to us the next morning! The stroller was super clean and was great for my son! Would highly recommend this service to anyone planning ahead or in a bind and in need of last minute baby items.
We were very happy with the car seats and the service. They car seats were clean, they also looked to be in very good condition and my children were very comfortable and safe.

En realidad por cinco dias te pone 57,70 euros, pero entre impuestos, entrega y seguro me salió por 90€ El servicio de entrega a domicilio es cómodo y hubo buena comunicación en todo momento. Cogí el modelo de la imagen pq es el que tenemos en casa, es amplio y cómodo, pero me entregaron un modelo antiguo que pesaba bastante, el respaldo quedaba como un huevito y si la pequeña quería dormir quedaba recostada de una manera muy incómoda. Creo que lo justo cuando ofreces un modelo es poner una sillita del mismo o superior, jamás inferior. Por el resto, todo bien. Aunque he de reconocer que el Trastevere no es la mejor zona para los cochecitos...más cómodo el porteo. GRACIAS

Everything went smoothly with the delivery and pick-up. Stroller was clean and functional. The only thing that was bad about the stroller was the technical implementation. They were stiff and they bumped into every little obstacle which there are quite a few in Rome.

Esperienza eccezionale e risolutiva! Mio figlio ha lasciato un anno fa il passeggino, ma a Roma si lamentava in continuazione che era stanco e ho utilizzato questo servizio. Mi hanno portato un passeggino ottimo, pulito e resistente che mi ha letteralmente salvato la vacanza! La signora che me l’ha fornito è stata gentilissima e il corriere super, perché, condividendo le posizioni, mi ha portato il passeggino mentre ero in movimento e lo stesso ha fatto per la restituzione, sicché non ho dovuto aspettare ore fissa in un posto. Lo consiglio moltissimo!!!! Un’idea geniale e persone super gentili!

Le service est très efficace! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et la poussette était déjà à la réception et nous avons pue la laisser à la réception également pour notre départ. Seulement facilite grandement le voyage, car nous voulions pas prendre l’avions avec la poussette. Néanmoins, la poussette endommagé ce qui est vraiment dommage. En effet le réglage de l’assise ne ce verrouiller pas. Donc lorsque j’inclinais bébé en position mis assis par exemple. L’assise pouvait retomber en arrière d’un seul coup. Donc mon bébé avec, ce qui est niveau sécurité est très très mauvais malgré les attache. Résultat pour être sur que bébé sois en sécurité elle a du passer le voyage en position allongé pour être sur qu’elle n’aurait pas de chut trop violente. Je pense que vous devriez renouveler vos poussettes pour garantir une qualité de service et de sécurité.

The stroller was in a perfect working condition. It was very clean apart from some small stains on the sit that I guess comes along with usage. The whole process was great and the delivery and pickup service was really amazing, as we were not stressed at all on arrival and departure. Overall loved the experience, the only thing I would add in this price is the nylon for the rain, as the mosquito net was needed in this time of the year. Thanks!

Excellent service. Provided and delivered two strollers as requested. We thought about bringing our own strollers but they were too burdensome to bring. Renting strollers was the best choice. It made the trip easier for us and our kids. Renting was affordable and the strollers were in new condition. If you have small children, don’t make them walk the streets of Rome or to tour the sites. My children had a much better time and didn’t complain about taking tours. Use this company. The delivered and picked up. Also get the insurance as the cobblestones can be hard on a stroller.

Working with Fayza was easy and hassle free! When we got to Rome we immediately realized we would need a stroller. I placed an “ASAP” request and had the stroller within 3 hours! So relieved! After losing our umbrella stroller in the airport, we turned to Babonbo to rent a stroller for our week in Rome. With all the walking around and sites, it was absolutely essential for our 20 month old! The sturdy model was great for navigating bumpy and uneven sidewalks and folded easily for transport on trains and eating at restaurants. With drop off and pick up to our hotel, they made it so easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!
