Easy experience. Very communicative and the car seat worked perfectly.
Such a great experience renting a crib for our stay in Florence. The crib was as described, in good condition. Communication with Mariella was super easy and clear, and our requests for small adjustments to pick up and drop off times were graciously accommodated, including a very early morning pick up on the day we flew out of Florence. I would absolutely use this service again and likely consider it for additional baby gear in future trips.

The trolley helped a lot with a kid! Thanks a lot. Don’t know how we could manage without it. The communication was very fast and easy. Pick up was from apartment which also was very comfortable. Definitely would use this service once more.
It was so relieving to have the stroller from Mariella in Florence. She gave the right suggestion, she was so flexible with her timings and was very easy to communicate and co-ordinate. Our trip would not have been complete without this. Thank you and i would highly recommend using her services.

The stroller was a really helpful way for carrying my son on Florence. I have to thank Mariella and Babonbo for making it possible.
This app is awesome as you can rent what you need for your child even at the last minute. Mariela answered us immediately and she was very good and incredibly easy to get along with her. We rented the stroller where she provided us with a waterproof cover and even though we had to hand it over earlier, she let us keep it until it was time to leave.

Mariella is truly incredible. She went above and beyond throughout this whole experience. She met us at our car rental location. She didn’t just help us install the seat, she helped us find the car through the convoluted directions from the rental company. When returning the seat, she then met us at the car rental return location and waited for us even though we ran late. The car seat was immaculate and our daughter loved it. She cried that we had to leave it! Mariella is wonderful and kind. Thank you so much for making our trip that much easier.
Amazing experience working with Mariella to get us a stroller last minute for our 3 year old toddler. Mariella was friendly, incredibly accommodating and responsive, she even met us early morning to help us return the stroller. The stroller was exactly what we needed to help make our experience in Florence and Tuscany so much more comfortable and enjoyable for our family. Would highly recommend choosing Mariella for your Babono needs while in Florence!!!
