The pick up went fine and the car seat was the one I ordered and in good condition. However, the return process could be improved. Returning the car seat was difficult, as the customer service, who I informed on my arrival time, did not communicate with the shuttle bus driver, so the first driver declined to take the seat, and I had to call customer service again and wait for the second shuttle bus a total of 30 minutes.
