Stay away from renting with this company. They are not flexible whatsoever - my flight was delayed and I got stuck in traffic and they refused to adjust my delivery window and required I come to get the crib on my own expense and time although I had paid for the reservation in advance. Kindly asked for even a 50% refund which they rejected, so I am hoping to issue a warning to any travelers to the Florence area to stay away from this.

Great experience renting a stroller and cot! Super clean and delivery and pick up was easy. The stroller was a life saver while traveling!

Yemina was very helpfull and made it work even though our order was very last minute. We needed a car seat to travel to the airport to catch a morning flight and she even met us there very early in the morning for the drop off. We 100% recommend her.

Persone molto disponibili e gentili. Infatti ho già richiesto un nuovo noleggio sperando siano sempre disponibili. Sicuramente rimarranno le mie persone di riferimento sull'area di Firenze ogni volta che dovrò noleggiare qualcosa per il mio toddler.

Nice lady, very kind! Pick up was easy, delivery (i had my phone dead) not so much, but we managed. Crib was clean, she also gave me a little baby sheet that I've much appreciated. Good accuracy.
