Communication with supplier was good via the instant messaging service. However, courier was brusque and was not forthcoming with help to set up equipment. Unfortunately the highchair was covered in dust and the sheet provided with the cot was stained. Seems like storage issue rather than poor quality of product. Shame as it has put us off using the service again.

It was our first time in Scotland and our accommodation didn`t supply a cot for our baby! Luckily we`ve contacted with Babonbo, rented a crib from them and they also delivered it to our hotel! Amazing service for a good price! Highly recommended!

I rented a Babyzen Yoyo stroller from Babonbo in Edinburgh , and the entire experience was fantastic! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The stroller itself was in perfect condition, super clean, and looked practically new. It was exactly what we needed for navigating the city — lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for getting around without hassle. The delivery was impressively fast, and the whole experience was great. They`re incredibly communicative, kind and helpful and made sure to update me throughout. Honestly, if you're traveling in Edinburgh and need to rent a stroller, I totally recommend Babonbo. Everything worked just perfect with babonbo. The kids seat looked new. Pick up and drop off was very easy and all the guys working there were very professional and nice. The costumer service was always very helpful and responsive. I give them a score of 10/10.
