Initially, upon delivery, we found the stroller base very dirty and defective in folding. This forced us to wash it by ourselves, with considerable difficulty. The bassinet and car seat, however, were clean and in excellent condition, and she even provided us with a rain cover. Emy initially seemed understanding of the problem, even kindly offering us options for resolving it. Since we had used the stroller throughout our stay, we decided not to cancel the order or go on requesting something. Unfortunately, some misunderstandings in communication must then have arisen. In any case, the bassinet and car seat were in excellent condition and clean. The bassinet is perhaps a bit small; it's preferred to check the child's size first. The car seat offers a perfect seating position; it just lacked a canopy/sunshade. Unfortunately, the seat base is a bit awkward when folding; perhaps just a little maintenance/lubrication would be necessary. Emy was very helpful and polite with delivery and pickup at the airport and always kindly responded promptly to any request or questions.
