Very easy experience, wonderful communication and use will use them again.

Blanca A.

Extremely great experience! Super smooth delivery and great communication.

Mai-ly G.

The delivery of the product was easy and communication was clear. The drop off process was not as smooth but overall we were happy with the car seats we rented and the service we received.

Shazia and Atif were amazing to work with. They were very flexible in coordinating my complicated travel schedule and even allowed me to keep the Jeep for a couple of extra days! The Jeep itself was amazing and a lifesaver on our trip with a 2-year-old and a nine month old it may travel very easy. We took it from London on the Eurostar to Amsterdam and it made the trip so much easier than individual strollers or one stroller and carrying the other. Would highly recommend!

Shrina P.

Great communication and overall renting experience

Rachel P.

Rental was exactly as described and provider was extremely helpful in the pick up and drop off process, coordinating on my behalf with our hired car.

Dylan L.

I was extremely grateful for the service and the products. It was a bit expensive but was worth the peace of mind ensuring my kids were safe during my trip.

Marta V.

I have no words to describe Shazia's kindness, helpfulness, and how she is always professional in her work. We rented a car seat with her service, and not only was it exactly as described, she helped us during a very stressful time. 5 stars for Shazia aren't enough, highly recommended!

The whole process was easy and stress-free. Shania was very nice and awesome at communicating quickly. The bassinet was in brand new condition almost and was a very sturdy and clean product. I felt very comfortable putting my little one in it. Pick up was super easy also! We just left it with the hotel front desk and that was all. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone else traveling with kids who wants to pack less

Ion D.

This was a life saver for us. We weren’t able to get the seats from our car rental but luckily, after a search online, we found Babonbo which was so convenient. Outstanding service too.

Michael H.

Had a great experience renting a pushchair for a few days. I chose to pickup and drop off, rather than delivery, and the process was simple. 10/10 :)

Martina C.

Life saver! Communication was on point, stayed in contact with the provider throughout the booking process, a few days before the rental, and on the days of pick-up and return. They always responded within seconds. The buggy was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

I rented a stroller during my niece’s visit to London. She has Down syndrome and a foot bone malformation, which makes standing or walking for long periods difficult. The stroller was essential for her comfort and mobility. The company was extremely attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear, delivery was on time, and the stroller was clean and reliable. The care and respect shown made a real difference. Highly recommended.

Caroline K.

Excellent provider! I rented the wrong car seat for our toddler and she went above and beyond to help us with the correct seat. Thank you!!

Callie L.

Easy & satisfactory transaction.

Marianne K.

Good and flexible service for pick up and drop off. Friendly and fast communication, and the rented seat was in great condition. I'd definitely rent again.

Shazia was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly. We had such an easy pick up/drop off and the gear was in great condition. We would work with Shazia again 100%!

Wonderful experience with Heathrow BabyGear! They were very easy to communicate with, very helpful, and helped us coordinate everything. They met us at our car rental for a quick and easy drop off and even recommended a car seat swap based on my daughter’s age and weight. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Courtney B.

Excellent set of equipment and communication was very easy. We picked up and dropped off at Heathrow airport no problem.

Wei J.

My experience with Heathrow BabyGeat was really good. Firstly, their place is located very close to the airport and it is very convenient to self collect the items from their place. Secondly, the conditions of the baby car seats are really good. Lastly, they response to your queries and messages really quickly. Highly recommended to rent items from them 👍🏼

Ana A.

Excellent communication and easy to pick up/return. Would recommend

Vishnu N.

Incredibly helpful and very generous customer service! They had exactly the item that we needed (in great condition - our 2YO was able to sleep very well in the stroller), and we were able to book it right before we landed at Heathrow. Even when I mixed up my travel dates/timings, they were very helpful in adjusting the reservation to accommodate our very last minute requests. For anyone traveling to/from Heathrow by car, the location is also super convenient as the detour takes hardly any additional time.

Katrin .

Very nice contact and perfect service. The baby bed was delivered and picked up directly at the terminal. Super easy and uncomplicated, thank you very much 🥰

Sumeet .

We had a great experience! We had a last minute booking and were able to have the car seats delivered within a couple of hours to our hotel lobby. The car seats were clean and in very good condition. They were great about picking up the items from our hotel reception as well. Very easy/prompt communication. We will definitely use this service next time we travel to London!

Julia J.

Perfect car seats for my kids. Very easy communication also when I had to reschedule the pick-up and drop-off time on short notice.

robert n.

Great experience! Everything as advertised and great communication

Sonny D.

These guys were fantastic, continuous communication through what’s app and were easy to work out pick up and drop off timings at my car rental place. Car suits were safe and clean for both of my kids.

Robert H.

Outstanding and Warm-hearted Service! We rented a stroller and received truly exceptional full-service! The couple was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating—definitely a 10/10 experience. When we realized upon arriving in London that we also needed a baby car seat, they swiftly delivered it to our hotel the very next day. Their driver even kindly picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel, treating it as a completely natural courtesy. Despite having different pick-up locations for the stroller and car seat, they handled everything seamlessly. I can’t thank you enough for making our London trip perfect—I wholeheartedly recommend your service! Warm greetings from Hamburg!

Rolland D.

Great experience and communication.

Catherine D.

Phenomenal service … could not have been more helpful

Erin S.

Super helpful and responsive! The stroller was critical for getting our three kids across London.

Robert P.

The car seats were dropped off at our car hire timely making for an easy departure from the airport!

Alicia C.

Two days before my trip from US to UK I realized our travel car seat was not compatible in London! I am so happy and fortunate to have stumbled upon this company. We were so impressed that the minute we got our bags and went to the area to grab an uber someone was right there waiting with the car seat. I had some questions about install and the response to help was speedy! When we got to airport for return flight I got out of my uber and they were right there to collect the car seat! Just incredible! Great price too! Thank you so much!

Daphne K.

Excellent service, great communication and even helped us out when our flight was cancelled and we needed the gear for some extra days!

Anna R.

Wonderful service, would totally use them again & highly recommend!

Gemma N.

Great vendor who is easy to work with and provides great options!

Liangliang S.

Extremely wonderful experience with BabyGear! The owner was so patient and flexible with us which made our trip so much easier! The car seat worked perfectly and that’s all we needed! 10/10!! Strongly recommend!!

Christopher C.

Semless pick up and drop off. Will definitly use again and recommend to friends.

Katrin L.

Communication was perfect and Shazia was just generally very helpful.

Stephanie G.

Pickup and drop off were incredibly easy and convenient. Stroller was also in great shape and clean!

Laura C.

Took us a while to find the providers house as she hadn't given us a door number, although it was nice and close to the airport for us. Even though I hadn't given the provider any notice that I was on my way, I did think they'd be expecting me due to my booking, so the buggy did look like it'd had a hasty wipe down before she'd brought it out to me, with the dirty wet wipe thrown in the basket underneath. If I'm incorrect about this, I apologise. But over all we were happy with our rental and it served us well for our short holiday.

Gina P.

everything was fine

Sam .

Excellent service at delivery and pick up. Product in good condition.

Annina V.

Shannon S.

We had a great experience with Heathrow BabyGear! We reserved a car seat somewhat last minute and they were incredibly responsive and made it easy to pick up and drop off the car seat. The car seat appeared to be in good condition and was spotless. I would absolutely rent baby gear from them again.
