Great service, responded promptly and was super accommodating and helpful
Excellent communication from start to finish. Delivery was made on time, and the car seat itself was as advertised. It was very clean, with some minimal cosmetic scratches that did not affect functionality. Would highly recommend the provider, and would definitely rent from them again if in the area.
Great experience! Michelle was amazing with comms. She communicated promptly and with kindness. She was there when we arrived at our accommodation with the baby chair and bed, and we organised pick up easily and seamlessly for when we were done. My friend came into town from Germany with her 8-months old baby it was great to be able to rent the Car seat including the Isofix. The delivery and pick-up was very easy, great communication, would definitely recommend!

This was our first time using the app and the services and we can say that we will be using it again. Was such an easy process, Lisbon, Baby was great on communication and facilitated the delivery & pickup. The car seat was in perfect conditions and perfectly match our needs. I would totally recommend it!
This stroller saved us! Our 2 yr old son absolutely refused to sleep in the travel crib, but was willing to go down in this stroller for naps and even bedtime. It fully reclines, is lightweight, and folds/opens super easily, so we brought it everywhere. Michelle was communicative and flexible, which was appreciated while we navigated serious jet lag. Would definitely use again next time we’re in Lisbon. Thank you!
This is a very good service! First time travelling with our daughter and we realised it would be good to have a carrier. I contacted Babonbo and within 2hrs max I had the carrier! Communication with Michelle was easy! Highly recommended.
I am very happy we rented with Lisbon, Baby! The seats were dropped off even earlier than expected which made everything very simple. The seats were clean and in good working order. The drop-off was very simple as well! Would definitely recommend!

Great communication, was very quick to respond. Delivered directly to the airport for us and we hand delivered back once we finished. The pack n play was clean and came with sheets as well!

We rented a travel cot for a few days for our 2-year-old and it was in perfect condition and also came with a mattress. The location of the provider was very convenient and pick up/drop off times were very flexible. Would highly recommend!!!

Everything went very well. The crib was delivered with baby bed sheets. The provider explained how to assemble it and made herself available for any help we needed.
