Our providers must meet our safety & hygiene cleaning standards. Rental baby gear are thoroughly cleaned by the Providers after each rental. All Babonbo Providers and their products go through an approval process. And, your reviews are highly valuable for us. We take your reviews into consideration and take the necessary actions, when necessary.

Your personal information will not be sold or distributed in any way. Your privacy is important to us. We require you to provide your full name, e-mail address, phone number, and payment information through our site.
We do our best to ensure you have a flawless booking experience, but if a Babonbo Provider needs to cancel at the last minute, we'll do our best to help you find a replacement.
