I'm so happy with my rentals from Baby Concierge! They were so accomodating with pick up and drop off and the items were perfect. I had debated getting the activity table, but I'm so glad I did because my son loved playing with it every day.
Communication was excellent and the owner went above and beyond to deliver the stroller to where we were staying, and even picked it up from a different address. Very helpful and the product was perfect for walking around London with two small children. Great service!
This buggy was perfect for our holiday to London! It must have been brand new, it was pristine and in such great condition. Ali was so responsive, got back to us so promptly and was incredibly helpful. Next time we're in London we'll be renting from you again.

I am very happy for the service! We rented the yoyo-buggy as I am familiar with the product from before. We had ordered both the delivery and collection to/from our hotel, and the service was just as smooth and communication just as clear as one can wish for.

Everything was even better than expected! The baby seat was in excellent condition and Ali got it into my car for me so it was secured correctly and safely. She then followed up with further need-to-knows. Ali was always quick to respond to any messages.
