The stroller itself was in very poor condition; if we had had any other options available, we wouldn’t have used it. The shop owner tried to tell us it was their “floor” that caused the stroller not to move freely. It was just the poor quality of a beat-up stroller. Price was fair for even a low quality item, so just lower your expectations if you go this route!
