I ordered a Yoyo stroller for a week, 3 hours before the delivery they messaged that it cannot be delivered and other model will arrive (cheaper one). Delivery arrived on time, the stroller was clean and almost new, everything was fine. Overall - all fine, but please improve communication via messages, it was not well informative and polite, half of my questions simply ignored.
Communication and delivery/pick up was great! The stroller and play mat were exactly what I ordered. However, the stroller wasn't in the best condition (a loose sunshade and worn handle bar along with wheels that wouldn't turn very well). The play mat was in perfect condition. Would rent again.

I rented the Snoo for a few days from Pedivan London. Pricing was affordable, great quality item as described, I was provided with a brand new Snoo sack, and overall good communication regarding pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend.
Pedivan London was a Godsend for me. I was alone in London with a 2 year old who I discovered had outgrown his travel stroller. Pedivan did a last minute delivery within one day of me requesting a stroller. Then they checked up on me and sent me a second stroller as the first one was still too small for him. This was free from any additional charge. I really appreciate this provider and I will use them again next time I visit.
Everything was clean and neatly packed. We were outside the delivery area but they made a plan, same with collection. Communication with Sandra was great. Overall a pleasant experience.

Anil was very communicative and did his best to accommodate our requested delivery and pickup times. However, the delivery and pickup times were quite different from what we requested, and we would have preferred them to be more consistent with our requested times.
My experience was good. The rental was smooth, the communication regarding the delivery, pickup and payment was fantastic. We got a stroller and it has done his job very well, which was amazing. But the stroller was a bit dirty and on the handler the layer has pealed off. This was something we didn’t expected.
