Gear was well maintained, clean and stacked with accessories. Provided detailed instructions about pickup and drop over SMS/whatsapp/phone. But due to the wife falling sick we had to make last min travel plan change - and he was very accommodating in agreeing to collect the baby gear from the central station.
Everything was awesome. Drop off was flawless and the stroller was perfect, exactly what we needed. They dropped it off at our hotel, it could not have been any more convenient.
Working with Sam and family was a breeze! They were prompt, communicative, and flexible. Thoughtfully, they even provided a sheet for our crib rental. We would highly recommend renting from them!
We had a wonderful experience renting from Hula Hula Baby Gear Rentals! After a mixup with our rental car, Sam met us at the train station with the travel cot. He was always quick to reply. Travel cot was clean and easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend them.
