Fantastic experience! She was waiting at the airport when our flight landed and helped us get an Uber. Once the Uber arrived she showed us how to install the car seat. Drop off was also easy - we met at the entrance to the airport and did not have to wait at all. This was a great first experience for us and I highly recommend renting any baby gear from All Aboard!

Super friendly and helpful. She even dropped the stroller to me at the hotel. The stroller was is great condition and was very helpful to stroll through Lisbon with my 4yo, specially when she was super tired and needed a nap, bit we wanted to continue exploring the city. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs stroller in Portugal.

Rented a baby chair very last minute on the day for a couple of days, and what a fantastic service! Very easy to organize pick up and drop off, and a lovely lady that helped us assembly the chair in the car with great care. 100% recommend All Aboard - you have made my trip a lot easier!

I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by All Aboard on our trip to Lisbon and Ericeira. The communication was great and very flexible when we had to make changes to our flight, she was able to drop off the stroller with our friend and arranged a direct collection from our accommodation in Lisbon. The stroller was perfect for the trip in Ericeira, very compact and easy to carry/store and perfect for our 8 month old along with space for bags. It was in good condition and was very worth it to make our trip a lot more comfortable.
The entire experience was just amazing and super relaxed for us as with a baby. Pick-up & delivery of the car seat at the airport was really super smooth with 100% adjustments to our travel needs. So MANY MANY THANKS for everything. We will definitely book again as soon as we are back in Lissabon with our baby.
We had a wonderful experience working with All Aboard! It was our first time visiting Lisbon and All Aboard was very accommodating and understanding when meeting up with us for pickup and drop off. The car seat was clean, and exactly as described/pictured. I would absolutely rent from All Aboard again!

Ines was fantastic - we had some hiccups arriving at the airport and connecting to cellular service; she was beyond patient and kind in coordinating delivery despite that it took far longer than it should have. The strollers were in great condition and we appreciated that they folded up very small for easy transport. I would absolutely rent from All Aboard again!

I’m so happy I decided to rent this stroller because we got to see a lot more of Lisbon. We walked around a way more than we would have without it and our son got to take his afternoon naps in it aswell. Ines provided us with perfect service. We really appreciated her flexibility and kindness. The cot she lent us was of excellent quality and our baby slept very well. Ines also helped us on other issues and proved to be an understanding person. We had problems with our timetable and she always supported us through quick and smooth communication. She is certainly someone we can trust.
The best ever experience for our trip. I really recommend their baby chair. He felt comfortable and never cried. Also My Kids Baby Stuff was very flexible with the delivery and pick up. I will take their chair again for sure once I am back to Lisbon with my family.

Great option in Lisbon, super easy communication and arrangements for both pick up and return. The maxi cosi for small babies is perfect and in good condition, I will definitely recommend this option. I travelled with my 3 month baby from Lisbon to Porto.
