very easy communication and booking. the pack and play was clean, as were the mat and sheets. everything was delivered to our hotel reception which made it better than simple. way better than bringing our own. would 10/10 book again if we find ourselves in madrid again soon

Excellent experience. Impeccable service. Communication with Vivian was very fast and she did her best to meet our needs. The stroller we rented was very functional (perfect for getting around Madrid), clean, and equipped with a rain cover, which was essential for us (unfortunately, we had a rainy weekend). Thank you again. You made it possible for us to explore Madrid with our four-month-old son! Highly recommended!

Wir haben durch Mel y Luca eine freundliche Unterstützung erfahren, die auch über das Produkt hinausging (Metro erklären). Der Buggy war sehr sauber und vollkommen intakt. Es war schön, dass die Abholung und Lieferung problemlos möglich war.
