We had an amazing experience renting a pushchair from Saskia. From start to finish, her communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and very accommodating to our needs. The delivery and pick-up were smooth and right on time, making the whole process stress-free. What really stood out was her thoughtfulness; she even provided a cushion her child uses to ensure extra comfort for our little one. This was our first time using Babonbo and we are so happy we did. Saskia went above and beyond and made the experience even better than expected. She was very kind to add on a last minute item and even suggest activities for families. I highly recommend Saskia's equipment. It's top of the line brands, extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Saskia was super helpful communicating ahead of delivery, during our stay and ahead of pick up. The travel cot was in great condition (like new) and very easy to use. A pleasure to work with Saskia and would rent from her again!
Saskia was wonderful to work with! Super easy and great at communicating. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Toys were so helpful for my 2 boys and our trip was so much more enjoyable with our items! Highly recommend!!
Host was easy going, a great communicator and very helpful. We booked a stroller pick up, however, they offered to meet us at the nearest metro stop, which was really nice. We declined because we had 3 suitcases and a toddler so we just did a direct pick up via Taxi. Her place was easy to find and not too far from Sagrada Familia (about 4 km). She sent me a video on how ro open and close the stroller as well as some family friendly sites to visit. She also gave me tips on how the metro worked, which we ended up using. All in all, a pleasure to rent from.
