I would like to thank the person who delivered and collected the stroller (Mohcine). We had agreed on delivery at their usual airport meeting point, but he was available to come closer to meet us. For the pick-up, he was also willing to collect it directly from our accommodation, which was very convenient. The stroller is of good quality, but it is worn out. The front wheels do not move smoothly, and it is quite difficult to handle when the child is on board. I suggest more detailed inspections

The delivery and pickup up worked well. not exactly on time… it needed some flexibility from our side. the communication was good and the provider answered pretty quick. she was really a help and was looking after everything. BIG PLUS for that!! the stroller could have been cleaner and one wheel got stuck all the time which was pretty annoying. other than that it was a big help. thanks for that.

Regarding the stroller, it matched the description accurately and was in good overall condition. However, I noticed the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to standard, which could be improved for a better experience. Overall, the service was reliable, and the stroller served its purpose well. With some improvements in cleanliness, it would be a 5-star experience.

Our experience with Nesrine was perfect from the first moment. Our first time in Amsterdam with our 4-year-old daughter, the weather during the week was horrible, and for a moment our family trip was going to fail, until we discovered Babonbo and luckily Nesrine, who was the saviour of our trip. From the first moment she showed up super willing and in a disinterested way she offered herself to bring us the stroller to the hotel and pick it up right there without stress, she offered us a cape for the rain and made everything very easy for us.
