TOP RATED PROVIDER100% Positive Feedback

Charlie R.

Great experience. This was our first time using it and on an international trip with my children. This turned out to be super easy and affordable. Will absolutely use them again. Thanks!

I hired the 'Silver Cross Zest - up to 4 years old (25kg)' for my daughter whilst in London for 3 days. Communication and delivery was 10/10 but the pram itself was filthy, most of the pink on the hood and the seat was brown with dirt and at times the wheels felt stiff. I would just take my own pram next time.

Anna L.

Can't recommend it enough! Great service! Will definitely use this service with this provider again!

Lilian M.

Awful experience as they provided a broken crib which meant the items were not quality checked before delivery. That is concerning on its own given the crib is for infant use and the wheel of the crib was unstable making the entire crib unstable. While they did offer a replacement, that meant my holiday with my family needed to be placed on hold to wait for their delivery availability, which we opted not to. Not only did we not receive any compensation for receiving a broken item, the agreed upon pick up time for the items were not met. We had a flight back home and the pick up never happened. I reached out multiple times during the agreed upon pick up time with no response. We had to resort to having our air bnb host help them retrieve the items from inside when their cleaners were present. It wasn't until THREE HOURS later when I was already at the airport, boarding my flight that I heard from them asking to let them into the flat to pick up the items. This was a terrible experience and I will not recommend this service to anyone who wants to have a stress free holiday.

Ottima soluzione a poche fermate di autobus da Liverpool Street Station, passeggino ben tenuto e personale gentile e simpatico.

Top service, excellent communication and well organised for delivery and pickup. The stroller was in excellent condition, as a new one.

The process was so smooth, especially for extending the rental period. We were very satisfied with the service. Thanks for making our stay in London so great with our little one.

Really great item (YoYo buggy) for travel to and from Scotland. Last minute option. The bugger was perfect and drop-off and pickup service was brilliant. Flawless.

I have nothing but compliments for Babonbo and Pedivan. We needed short term stroller rental at very short notice and they were really helpful from the moment we made contact. The quality of the stroller, directions for pickup, collection and the friendliness of the staff was all 5 star. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Julien V.

Easy way to rent and give back the stroller. Thank you !!!

Anastasios T.

Overall good experience, the only issue is the poor self pick up instructions.

Julius R.

Pickup and return at their station was easy and convenient! Mint condition, no problems at all!

Aimee C.

Great service, prompt same day delivery within 90 mins as this was urgent due to being let down by am online order. The communication via chat was little slower than I would have liked but will use again. Product was as described, good condition and clean. Thanks.

Vitali G.

Delivery arrived on time, the stroller was clean and almost new, everything was fine.

Hannah L.

Communication and delivery/pick up was great! The stroller and play mat were exactly what I ordered. However, the stroller wasn't in the best condition (a loose sunshade and worn handle bar along with wheels that wouldn't turn very well). The play mat was in perfect condition. Would rent again.

Keith S.

Pedivan London was a godsend for our trip! We had to book a stroller at the last minute and they provided us with an amazing quality, clean and perfectly functional stroller delivered directly to our hotel with pickup. They were blazing fast in solving a minor issue we had. I highly recommend them!

I rented the Snoo for a few days from Pedivan London. Pricing was affordable, great quality item as described, I was provided with a brand new Snoo sack, and overall good communication regarding pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend.

Bushra I.

Pedivan London was a Godsend for me. I was alone in London with a 2 year old who I discovered had outgrown his travel stroller. Pedivan did a last minute delivery within one day of me requesting a stroller. Then they checked up on me and sent me a second stroller as the first one was still too small for him. This was free from any additional charge. I really appreciate this provider and I will use them again next time I visit.

Nicola C.

Everything was clean and neatly packed. We were outside the delivery area but they made a plan, same with collection. Communication with Sandra was great. Overall a pleasant experience.
