The carseat was very dirty and the condition was pretty poor. The belts were too loose and the seat was old. Would not recommend.
terrible experience, the material was dirty and the quality was bad, I did not pick it up, I asked for a refund, they denied it, so I lost all my money, I will never use this service anymore, stay away from it, they are unable to guarantee the quality they claim on their web site.
Excellent Service! I picked up the car seat at night time and returned it on xmas day in the morning. Absolutely recommended!

The Cybex car seat we ordered was brand new and absolutely fantastic. Communication was tricky as some of the people I spoke to had very limited English and the text messages weren't clear. However, once we'd worked out where to collect and drop off the car seat it was fairly straightforward. I would use the service again.
